Region 10 PIHP contracts with multiple organizations to provide behavioral health services. Provider organizations are the organizations that deliver public services for mental health and substance use disorders for the counties of Genesee, Lapeer, Sanilac, and St. Clair and their contract agencies.

The Region 10 PIHP Provider Network Directory lists current contracted organizations that deliver behavioral health services. The information below is available in paper form without charge upon request. If you request any materials in paper form, it will be distributed to you within 5 business days. Provider Network Monitoring
On an ongoing and annual basis, Region 10 PIHP monitors and evaluates its provider network to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and contractual requirements. The Annual Contract Monitoring Report summarizes the PIHP’s evaluation and findings of those organizations in it’s regional network providing mental health and substance use services.
Implicit Bias Training Opportunity
Region 10 PIHP hosted a half-day training on the important topic of Implicit Bias. Topics include introduction to implicit bias data, implicit bias from the SUD and Mental Health perspective, and implicit bias from the criminal justice and community perspective. The training includes 3 speakers:
- Phillip Hunter, MA, LLP, CAADC, CCS- Implicit Bias Data (45 min with Q&A)
- Kenneth Briggs, CADC-SUD Mental Health and SUD perspective (1 hour with Q&A)
- Sheriff Jerry Clayton-Criminal Justice and Community Perspective (1 hour with Q&A)
